The Merit system allows you to increase the Honor of all Characters on your account at once, simply by participating in TGs with one character. To do this, you must participate in TGs and report medals earned in war through the Dispatch Officers. Capella in Green Despair and Procyon on Desert Scream.

When reporting medals, all characters on the player's account receive an Honor boost, as long as they are level 100 or higher and have an Honor rating between 10 and 30.

In essence, the Merit system aims to strengthen the player's account as a whole, increasing the Honor of all characters through participation in specific activities and reporting the rewards obtained.
